Taking the first step to connect with someone about your struggles can be challenging. I am a Registered Psychotherapist who has been supporting individuals and families for
over 13 years. My approach focuses on strengthening relationships whether that be with yourself, your significant other, your child, or among families. I believe hearing other people’s stories is a privilege and I do so with empathy and non-judgement.


I have a passion for supporting people in developing, cultivating and rebuilding relationships. I recently completed my Ph.D. in which I explored the effectiveness of using relational therapy approaches to address parent-child and family conflict. I hope to continue to build upon this learning by supporting individuals and families in strengthening their relationships.

I understand that reaching out for support, especially to a therapist, can be daunting. My goal is to help you through this process while creating a safe and supportive environment for us to learn together.
