I believe healing happens in the context of safe, steady relationships, especially when navigating big feelings, life transitions, or complex situations. Whether I'm working with a child, teen, or adult, a relationship or family system, my goal is to create a space where individuals feel welcome to show up as they are and be seen, heard, and supported. My approach is warm, curious, collaborative, and grounded in trauma-informed, relational care.
I welcome all identities and relationship expressions, and work with individuals and relationships facing a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, emotional overwhelm, trauma, separation, conflict, and identity exploration. When working with children, adolescents, and families, I offer support in developing understanding, repairing connection, and navigating change with greater confidence and compassion. I am the parent of an adolescent, and have lived experience navigating a variety of family constellations and dynamics.
As a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), I use an integrative psychodynamic approach that appreciates attachment and relational frameworks with emotion-focused, cognitive behavioral, and narrative influences. I may incorporate play, creative expression, or body-based practices, especially in situations where words aren't enough. I adapt my approach to meet each client where they are developmentally, emotionally, and relationally. My work is guided by anti-oppressive values and a deep respect for the lived experiences of each individual. With a person-centered, culturally-sensitive stance, I welcome and encourage client collaboration and feedback.
Therapy with me is a space to slow down, get curious, and move through uncomfortable, painful, or stuck places together. Whether you're seeking support for yourself, your child, or your family, I'm here to help you reconnect with strength, safety, and possibility.
