Group therapy offers a safe, confidential, and non-judgmental space to help process and normalize the postpartum experience. It offers connection with others and the reassurance that you are not alone as you adjust to life as a new mom. This is a cost effective alternative or supplement to individual therapy. The 6-week program is for moms with babies 0-12 months of age.
