CLINICAL SUPERVISION

Mentorship. Growth. The Human Side of Therapy.

CLINICAL SUPERVISION FOR COUNSELLING PROFESSIONALS

At PACE Counselling, we believe that the heart of great clinical supervision is relationship. Whether you are just starting your journey as a therapist or are deepening your expertise, supervision is more than a requirement—it's an opportunity to be mentored, supported, and truly seen as both a clinician and a person.

As an experienced clinical supervisor, I (Kristen Drozda) strive to offer a space where you feel safe to bring your full self—your questions, your strengths, your struggles, and your hopes for the work. My approach is rooted in the belief that growth as a therapist happens not just through learning new modalities, but through authentic connection and reflective partnership.

What Makes My Supervision Unique

  • Relational & Reflective: Supervision here balances the clinical with the human. We explore not only your clinical skills and cases, but your evolving identity as a therapist, your emotional responses, and your experience of the work.

  • Eclectic & Evidence-Based: I draw from a broad foundation of training—play therapy, narrative therapy (with a focus on children and families), CBT, DBT, EMDR, EFT, EFFT, trauma-informed practice, perinatal mental health, solution-focused therapy, motivational interviewing, menopause and mental health, and premarital counselling certification. This allows us to tailor supervision to your needs and interests, whether you work with children, adults, couples, or families.

  • Supportive & Practical: Expect supervision that helps you navigate real-life challenges: case conceptualization, ethical dilemmas, countertransference, burnout prevention, treatment planning, and professional development.

  • Mentorship & Community: My goal is to reduce the isolation that can come with private practice and to foster a sense of community, support, and shared wisdom.
