With exciting life transitions often comes an overwhelming sense of uncertainty—questioning
your decisions, feeling stressed, and wondering what comes next. Having a compassionate and
sensitive space can make a meaningful difference. My approach is integrative, personalized,
and client-centred, allowing individuals to explore their experiences and intersection of identities
while building self-confidence and cultivating empowerment. I bring warmth and empathy,
striving to create a space where individuals feel seen, heard, and supported. Together, we work
towards developing resilience, improving self-esteem, and supporting personal growth in a
holistic way.
I am currently completing the Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University. I
earned my bachelor’s degree at the University of Toronto Mississauga with double majors in
Psychology and Biology. My education helps me recognize the intricate connections of
neuroscience and psychology in sociocultural contexts. Through my work and volunteering
experience, I gained meaningful insights into the struggles of diverse age groups, cultures,
minority communities and immigrant background. I am committed to inclusive and culturally
sensitive practice.
